According to Article αρ. 3ιβ του ν. 2251/1994 returns and exchanges are not accepted for products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This includes (but is not limited to) underwear, socks, tights, bodystockings, bodysuits, garters, bras, nightwear that includes lingerie, and accessories like earrings.

For all other products, you can contact us at info@estiathens.com. Returns are accepted within 14 business days from receipt of the order, and items must be in their original condition with tags and proof of purchase. The return shipping fee is €3.50.

If new items are selected, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees.
